The time has come and here’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for. Protechting by Fidelidade and Fosun, has officially kicked-off with 20 amazing teams.
The first week of our program will be an intensive Bootcamp, where the selected projects will get to face many challenges and compete for a spot in the final 15 startups that will go through the rest of the program.
During the Kick-off, we had our own Rene Bastijans, Protechting’s Program Director, introducing the structure of the program to all the entrepreneurs who will join us, at the Beta-i HQ, for the rest of the week.
We also received some inspiring words of encouragement from José Villa de Freitas, from Fidelidade, and Rita Delgado, from Fosun, as they explained the importance of supporting entrepreneurs in any possible way. After all, Fosun started off with 3 university students from China. Look how far it has gone since then? Now, it’s time to give back to the startup community and help fostering entrepreneurship, with programs such as Protechting.
By the end of this week, we’ll select the finalists (up to 15 teams), that will join our accelerator and get a chance to go on a roadshow to China.
